Refunds

If you are not satisfied with a purchase, you may ask for a refund within 14 days of the purchase, provided the service, course or product has not yet been accessed or used. Once a session has been given, a course has been started, or digital content has been downloaded, it is not refundable.

Cancellations and rescheduling

You may cancel or reschedule a session if you tell us in advance. A rescheduling fee may apply for late changes. Please contact us as early as possible if you need to change your appointment.

How to ask for a refund

Write to us at info@healingtouchworld.com with your name, the date of purchase and the reason. Approved refunds are returned to the original method of payment.
